RESOLVED 5/26 - 2:15 p.m.: The issues with GoWMU have been resolved. Technicians will be continuing to monitor performance. Please contact the Help Desk if you experience login problems or slow responses from GoWMU.

UPDATE 5/25 - 8:15 a.m.: 
Response times are currently stable. Technicians are continuing to monitor performance.

GoWMU is experiencing intermittent issues when loading the page. Technicians have been notified and are working to resolve this issue.

GoWMU issues believed to be resolved

From May 9 until late last week GoWMU was having intermittent problems. Technicians immediately began trying to resolve the issues, working with the vendor and many service groups of the Office of Information Technology. Because of all the behind the scene hardware involved, this was a particularly difficult problem to diagnose but we believe it has been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience during this time.We would also like to remind you that the middle column of the single sign-on login page includes a section called "Service Alerts" where problems such as this, or scheduled outages, may be found. GoWMU will be unavailable from 4:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6 These other systems will be unavailable at varying times between 4:30 and noon that day: Banner INB, Banner SSB, Banner Workflow, Appworx, Cognos, Degreeworks, PeopleSoft HR and Financials, Resource 25, ODS/EDW, Imagenow and Kronos. It is recommended you refrain from using these systems during the 4:30 am. to noon time period to prevent work from being lost. Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
