Update: The issue is still unresolved in Eicher/LeFevre

We are currently experiencing issues with EduCable in numerous buildings on campus: Valley I,II, III and Goldsworth Valley apartments. Our technicians are working on this issue. Questions should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.

Charter Communications will be making upgrades to their network from 12:01 to 6 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16. This will cause interruptions and/or outages to WMU's EduCable programming during that time period. Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
