RESOLVED: The EduCable issues have been resolved. We highly suggest a re-scan on your TV for all digital channels to work properly. More information about the transition may be found at http://www.wmich.edu/it/newseducable.

The EduCable transition to digital did occur as scheduled on Jan. 6 but there have been problems reported from some of the residence halls. EduCable will transition from analog to digital between 4 and 8 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 6. Signal losses may occur during this transition, and televisions will need to be programmed afterwards so sets will recognize the new signals. More information may be found at www.wmich.edu/it/newseducable .

Davis Hall power outage from 10:15 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21

A scheduled power outage will occur in Davis Hall from 10:15 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21. The outage could potentially affect network and cable TV connectivity in Zimmerman and French Hall during this time. Please direct any questions to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357 option 1.

A planned power outage in Valley 1 is affecting cable television and network connectivity to all of the Valley residence halls and Goldsworth Valley apartments. Technicians are working to restore power to the equipment that powers cable and network connectivity to the Valley residence halls and the Goldsworth Valley apartments. We expect to have service restored before 5pm.
