Self-serve Banner will be unavailable from 4:30 to 6 a.m. and Cognos will be unavailable from 6 to 7 a.m. on Sunday, July 31. Questions should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1


Several online systems unavailable this weekend

Degree Works will be unavailable from 8 to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 13. Banner INB will be unavailable from 12:01 to 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 14. Additionally on August 14, GoWMU will be unavailable from 4:45 to 5:45 a.m., and Banner SSB/INB, Banner Workflow, Appworx, Cognos, Resource 25, ODS/EDW will be unavailable from 5:30 to 9: 30 a.m. Questions should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.

GoWMU will be unavailable from 4:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6 These other systems will be unavailable at varying times between 4:30 and noon that day: Banner INB, Banner SSB, Banner Workflow, Appworx, Cognos, Degreeworks, PeopleSoft HR and Financials, Resource 25, ODS/EDW, Imagenow and Kronos. It is recommended you refrain from using these systems during the 4:30 am. to noon time period to prevent work from being lost. Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
