Banner ODS and Cognos will be unavailable from 7:30 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20. Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.


Mainstream Firefox will lose ability to access Banner on 3/7/2017

Mozilla will be removing NPAPI support in the next major release of mainstream Firefox, due out March 7.

Most Banner users should be on Firefox ESR, versions being maintained at

NPAPI support will continue into early 2018 for Firefox ESR, and still no announcement of desupport for NPAPI from Microsoft regarding IE 11 on Windows 7 or Windows 10.


Several online services, including GoWMU, unavailable on Sunday

4:30 to 9:30 a.m. Appworx, Banner SSB, Banner Workflow, Cognos, Imagenow, Kronos, ODS/EDW and Resource 25
4:30 to 10:30 a.m. Banner INB
4:30 to 11:30 a.m. Degreeworks
5:30 a.m. to noon PeopleSoft HR and Financials

We are currently experiencing issues with Banner INB. Our administrators are aware of this issue and are working on it.
