Several online systems unavailable this weekend

Degree Works will be unavailable from 8 to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 13. Banner INB will be unavailable from 12:01 to 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 14. Additionally on August 14, GoWMU will be unavailable from 4:45 to 5:45 a.m., and Banner SSB/INB, Banner Workflow, Appworx, Cognos, Resource 25, ODS/EDW will be unavailable from 5:30 to 9: 30 a.m. Questions should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.


Banner outages this weekend

The following Banner services will be unavailable due to maintenance from 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1 until noon Sunday, Oct. 2: Banner INB (Internet Native Banner), Banner SSB (Self Serve Banner), Banner Workflow, and Touchnet payment services. All other Banner services will remain available.


Intermittent issues accessing BannerResolved

RESOLVED: The issue accessing Banner was caused by the GlobalSign Certificate Revocation Lists issue. Please visit the GlobalSign Support Site for instructions on clearing the Certificate Revocation List cache.

Some users are experiencing errors while attempting to access Internet Native Banner. Out technicians are aware of the issue and working to resolve. If you have any questions, please contact the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, Option 1.

GoWMU will be unavailable from 4:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6 These other systems will be unavailable at varying times between 4:30 and noon that day: Banner INB, Banner SSB, Banner Workflow, Appworx, Cognos, Degreeworks, PeopleSoft HR and Financials, Resource 25, ODS/EDW, Imagenow and Kronos. It is recommended you refrain from using these systems during the 4:30 am. to noon time period to prevent work from being lost. Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
