Network service loss

There will be a loss of some network services in the west end of the third floor of Sangren Hall on Wednesday morning, April 16, between 7 and 7:30 a.m. This will affect some of the Voip phones wireless access points and several of the WMU network connections for about 15 minutes.


AppWorx will be unavailable from 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 12.

UPDATE: The Trouble Ticket Manager will continue operations as normal instead of being unavailable on Sunday, April 6th. More information will be posted as it becomes available. 

The Trouble Ticket Manager will be unavailable from 8 a.m.  to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday April 6th. If you have questions or concerns please contact the Help Desk at (269)387-4357 option 1.

Elearning slow response

Elearning service patches will be installed between 8 a.m. and noon on Wednesday, April 30. No downtime is required, however users may experience slow response time during that period.
