Schneider Hall Evening Network Outage

The final closets in Schneider Hall will be upgraded, on Oct. 26 from 9 p.m. to Oct. 27 at 1 a.m., to complete the building wireless upgrades. During this outage all wired and wireless connections running to either closet 3020 or 3409 will be down. The entire upgrade is expected to take approximately 4 hours. Please direct questions to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.


Monthly security updates installed Oct. 21 and Oct. 22

Monthly security updates will be deployed on servers from 12:01 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Oct. 21, and from 12:01 to 6 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 22. This may affect Windows and Mac machines that utilize services on these servers. If you experience problems accessing your services Monday morning, you may need to reboot your machine. Please direct questions to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.

Scheduled update to the University Computer Center core is Monday, Oct 15. Downtime for this update will be 3-4 a.m. First and second floor workstations and labs in the UCC will be down for a short time during the update.


Online payment system unavailable Wednesday morning, Oct. 17

The WMU online payment system will be unavailable on Wednesday, Oct. 17 from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. for routine software Maintenance. Affected systems include Bill+Payment, Authorized User App, Cashiering and Marketplace uPay/uStore.
