ImageNow will be unavailable from 9 p.m. on Friday, May 15 until noon on Sunday, May 17 while it is upgraded to version 6.7. After the upgrade is completed, a new ImageNow client will have to be installed on individual's PCs. Questions should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.

GoWMU and several other online services unavailable

GoWMU as well as Appworx, Banner, Cognos, ODS/EDW and Resource 25,  will be unavailable from 5 to 9:30 a.m. and  Degreeworks, ImageNow, PeopleSoft HR, PeopleSoft FS, Kronos and Pinnacle will be unavailable from 8 a.m. until noon on Sunday, May 10.  Elearning will be available directly at elearning.wmich.edu and Webmail Plus will be available at webmail.wmich.edu. Questions, or problems, should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
