The production Avamar system at the primary UCC location will be upgraded from 7.4.1 to 18.2. Avamar backups and restores will not be available June 25 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Subsequently all Avamar clients will be upgraded to version 18.2. Multiple enterprise systems, including Banner and PeopleSoft, will be unavailable 4-11 a.m. Sunday, June 23.

  • Banner SSO Manager and SSB: 4:30—7 a.m.
  • Banner INB: 4:30—9:30 a.m.
  • Banner Admin Pages: 7—9:30 a.m.
  • Banner Workflow, PeopleSoft HR and Financials apps: 8—10:30 a.m.

Monthly security updates installed June 23 and 24

Monthly security updates will be deployed on servers from 12:01 a.m. to noon on Sunday, June 23, and from 12:01 to 6 a.m. on Monday, June 24. This may affect Windows and Mac machines that utilize services on these servers. If you experience problems accessing your services Monday morning, you may need to reboot your machine. Phone Service Unavailable 5-10 minutes the morning of June 17
