Multiple enterprise systems, including Banner, PeopleSoft and GoWMU, will be down for maintenance and upgrades Aug. 18. A general schedule and status will be maintained at http://bint3.cc.wmich.edu:9090/OracleSystemStatus.html which can be accessed on-campus or via VPN. Mediasite Cloud Servers Maintenance Saturday, Aug. 17

The Mediasite Cloud Team will be performing maintenance on Mediasite Cloud Servers during their scheduled maintenance window on Saturday, Aug. 17 between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. This maintenance requires taking the environment offline, and as such access to Mediasite may be unavailable for brief periods during these times. Avamar backups and restores will not be available Aug. 16

The production Avamar system at the UCC location will be upgraded with the “Data Domain 6.2.0.30 Update”. Backup and restore operations will be suspended during the upgrade process. Avamar backups and restores will not be available Aug. 16, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Normal backups, restore and replication operations will resume after the upgrade has been completed.
