Avamar backups and restores will not be available June 12

The replica Avamar system at the remote BTR location will be upgraded from 7.4.1 to 18.2. Avamar backups and restores will not be available June 12 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Subsequently all Avamar clients will be upgraded to version 18.2. Employee Self Service Unavailable Starting Friday at Noon

The PeopleSoft Administrative Systems will be unavailable starting at noon on Friday, June 7. Services affected will include: PeopleSoft HR and Financials administrative links in GoWMU, Employee Self Service, Workflow, Travel Authorization and reporting functionalities. Services will be available again Monday, June 10 at 8 a.m. Please direct questions to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.


Mediasite Cloud Servers Maintenance Saturday, June 8

The Mediasite Cloud Team will be performing maintenance on Mediasite Cloud Servers during their scheduled maintenance window on Saturday, June 8 between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. This maintenance requires taking the environment offline, and as such Mediasite will not be available during this window. Monthly security updates installed May 26 and 27

Monthly security updates will be deployed on servers from 12:01 a.m. to noon on Sunday, May 26, and from 12:01 to 6 a.m. on Monday, May 27. This may affect Windows and Mac machines that utilize services on these servers. If you experience problems accessing your services Monday morning, you may need to reboot your machine.
