The Mediasite Cloud Team will be performing maintenance on Mediasite Cloud Servers during their scheduled maintenance window on Saturday, Nov. 17 between 1:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. This maintenance is not expected to cause any significant downtime, but your site may be affected for brief periods of time while the work is performed. Spam phone calls

We are currently experiencing a high volume of spam phone calls from several different phone number starting with 1(312)45X-XXXX. Our technicians are aware of the issue and are working with our provider to resolve the issue.

PeopleSoft Travel Authorization Changes

PeopleSoft Travel Authorizations are now accessed in GoWMU by using the "Employee Self-Service" link in the "My Self Service" portlet/"All Links" section. The GoWMU link for PeopleSoft Travel Authorization will be removed on Friday, December 21st. If you need additional assistance please contact the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357. We are currently experiencing wireless network issues. These issues are specific to WMU Secure and Eduroam, WMU Open should still be accessible. Technicians are aware and working to resolve the issue.
