We are currently experiencing issues with Degree Works causing it to be inaccessible. Our technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve this.

PaperCut NG Maintenance Wednesday, May 1

PaperCut NG will be unavailable Wednesday, May 1 from 8-10 a.m. for maintenance and updates. During this time the following services will be unavailable:

  • Print Token tracking. All non-virtual queue prints will still print without being tracked.
  • Wireless Printing
  • Virtual print queues (Libraries, EUP)

VPN will require two-factor authentication

Starting May 15, 2019 the two-factor authenticated (2FA) VPN connection will be rolled into vpn.wmich.edu, the off-campus access point for most users. All access through that connection will require 2FA.
