7:45 a.m.—Gather at Bernhard Center

8:15 a.m.—Buses depart Bernhard Center

10 a.m.—Arrive at Michigan Capitol Building

• Displays will already be set up
• Begin scheduled meetings with legislators or help distribute handouts to legislative offices
• Designated student and alumni groups to the Senate gallery for introductions
• Tour of the capitol building, by yourself or with a group, and be a good-will ambassador for WMU

noon—Lunch

1 p.m.—Capitol tours and meetings with legislators resume

2:30 p.m.—Begin breaking down displays

3:15 p.m.—Meet on east capitol steps for group photo

3:30 p.m.—Depart Lansing

5 p.m.—Buses arrive at Bernhard Center
