Operation Historic Moment.
KALAMAZOO--Western Michigan University has scheduled a 9:15 a.m. news conference Tuesday, March 22, to announce a history-making development that will impact the campus, community, state and nation for decades to come.

The event will be held in Room 4010 of the College of Health and Human Services Building, located just west of Oakland Drive at the intersection of Oakland and Wheaton streets.

Making the announcement will be WMU President John M. Dunn. Attending as well will be a number of University and community leaders. The campus and community have been anticipating a major news announcement over the past two weeks, as a result of a number of hints shared through an "Operation Historic Moment" campaign.

For those who are unable to attend, Tuesday's event will be webcast. Visit operationhistoricmoment.com for details and access to the live video stream Tuesday morning. The announcement will also be carried live on WMU's EduCable Channels 5 and 46.

Complete coverage of the announcement will be available in WMU News immediately following the news conference
