One Stop offers assortment of campus servicesAug. 16, 2010 KALAMAZOO--As thousands of students head back to campus, Western Michigan University will once again offer a one-stop service center to those wishing to take care of last-minute business associated with the start of a new school year. WMU's temporary One Stop Convenience Center will be assembled on the second floor of the Bernhard Center Monday, Aug. 30, through Friday, Sept. 10, offering students and their parents an assortment of campus services in one convenient location. The center will close over Labor Day weekend, Sept. 4-6. Fall 2010 One Stop hours
Those visiting One Stop will be able to purchase parking permits, arrange for on-campus housing and sign up for meal plans. They also may pick up information on employment and immunizations and other health-care services. Representatives from several different areas of the University will staff the convenience center:
Bronco Express, the year-round service center located on the main floor of the Bernhard Center, will remain open to assist students with registration, financial aid and making payments to their accounts. The Bronco ID Card Center and University computer store, TotalTech, will assist students on the main floor, and textbook distribution will take place on the ground level.
