Learn more about Fall WelcomeApril 5, 2010 KALAMAZOO--Western Michigan University's Fall Welcome, a four-day program that assists first-year students with their academic and social transitions to college life, has grown to the extent that a series of information sessions will be held just to advise faculty and staff of all the opportunities for their participation. "Our programming has expanded and improved to equip our nearly 3,000 students with tools to succeed during their first semester and beyond," says Adrienne Fraaza, program coordinator. Four information sessions will be held in the Bernard Center April 12-14, with both lunchtime and evening sessions set for Tuesday, April 13. Information sessions
Opportunities to be involved at Fall Welcome include Interest Sessions, Pizza with the Profs, Campus Resource Fair, Project RSO, and numerous volunteer opportunities throughout the week for campus departments, organizations and individuals.
