"Rachel Getting Married" at Little Theatre

KALAMAZOO--Western Film Society presents Golden Globe and Academy Award nominee "Rachel Getting Married" Friday through Sunday, March 13-15, in the Little Theatre at Western Michigan University.

Show times for "Rachel Getting Married" are Friday and Saturday at 7 and 9:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 and 5 p.m. General admission is $5 and $3 for students with a valid ID.

Anne Hathaway received 2009 Golden Globe and Academy Award best-actress nominations for her role as Kym, who was recently released from rehab and returns to the Buchman family home for the wedding of her sister Rachel (Rosemarie Dewitt). She brings a long history of personal crisis, substance abuse, and family conflict along with her.

The 2008 film is shown in English and has a run time of 113 minutes. It is rated "R" for language and brief sexuality.

The Little Theatre is located at the corner of Oakland Drive and Oliver Lane on WMU's East Campus. Free off-street parking is available behind the theatre.
