Hubbard Street Dance Chicago makes Miller debut

KALAMAZOO--Hubbard Street Dance Chicago will be in Kalamazoo for a single performance at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, in Miller Auditorium at Western Michigan University.

The diverse dancers of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago have been capturing audiences of all ages and backgrounds since dancer and choreographer Lou Conte founded the group in 1977. Now under the leadership of Artistic Director Jim Vincent, the company of 21 dancers performs annually for more than 100,000 fans and has had four public television specials. Hubbard Street Dance Chicago is renowned for its cutting-edge choreography and eclectic repertoire, which incorporates a range of influences from ballet to rock 'n' roll.

Tickets for Hubbard Street Dance Chicago at Miller Auditorium are on sale now and range from $15 to $40.
