WMU Home > About WMU > WMU News Annual Gold Company 'sneak preview' is ThursdayOct. 31, 2005 KALAMAZOO--Western Michigan University's award-winning vocal jazz ensemble Gold Company will kick off its 2005-06 season with its annual "Sneak Preview" concert at 8:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, in the Dalton Center Recital Hall. The concert features Gold Company, directed by Dr. Steve Zegree, GC II, directed by Kelly Ann Westgate, the Gold Company Band and the GC Horns. All seats are general admission. Tickets are $10, and $5 for students and senior citizens, and are available from Miller Auditorium Ticket Office (269) 387-2300 or (800) 228-9858. Gold Company has been honored with two invitations to perform in New York City this season: at the International Association for Jazz Education conference in January, and in a featured performance at Carnegie Hall on April 23. November's Sneak Preview will feature new repertoire that will be showcased at the 28th Annual Gold Company Show Feb. 11, 2006, in Miller Auditorium.
