Resurfacing of Howard to be completed this weekJune 21, 2005 KALAMAZOO--Road resurfacing of Howard Street between West Michigan Avenue and Stadium Drive is scheduled for completion this Friday, June 24. The work is being done on the section of Howard that runs between Western Michigan University's Miller Auditorium and Lawson Arena. According to the Kalamazoo city engineer's office, even if the work is not completed as scheduled by Friday, Howard Street will be fully open to traffic on Saturday, June 25, when WMU will conduct two commencement ceremonies in Miller Auditorium.
