Career fair focuses on nursing

KALAMAZOO -- Career and Student Employment Services at Western Michigan University is sponsoring a special career fair for WMU nursing students Thursday, Aug. 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Bernhard Center.
Nursing Opportunity Day will give nursing students a chance to meet with recruiters from about 30 different health care organizations to discuss the wide range of employment opportunities available, according to Lisa Walker, career advisor for students in the College of Health and Human Services.
