Faculty promotions approved by trustees

KALAMAZOO -- The promotions of 45 faculty members at Western Michigan University were approved July 16 by the WMU Board of Trustees.
Twenty-four faculty members were promoted to the rank of full professor and 20 to associate professor. One additional faculty member was promoted to the position of master faculty specialist. All promotions are effective with the beginning of the 2003-04 academic year.
