Holiday skating available at Lawson Arena

KALAMAZOO -- Lawson Ice Arena at Western Michigan University will be open most days during the holidays, with two hours set aside each day for public use of the arena for skating.
Admission to Holiday Skates at Lawson is $3 per person. Ice skate rentals are available for $1. The arena is closed Dec. 25, Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. The schedule for Holiday Skates is:
Dec. 23 - noon to 2 p.m.
Dec. 24 - 10 a.m. to noon
Dec. 26 and 27 - noon to 2 p.m.
Dec. 28 and 29 - 2 to 4 p.m.
Dec. 30 - noon to 2 p.m.
Jan. 2 - noon to 2 p.m.
Jan. 3 - noon to 1:20 p.m.
