Jazz Orchestra concert features music of jazz legends

KALAMAZOO -- The Western Michigan University Jazz Orchestra will present a concert featuring the works of Duke Ellington, Bob Brookmeyer and other jazz legends.
Conducted by Dr. Scott Cowen, the University Jazz Orchestra will perform Thursday, Oct. 10, in the Dalton Center Recital Hall beginning at 8:15 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door and are $7 for general admission and $5 for students and senior citizens.
