WFS presents free sneak previewMay 3, 2002 KALAMAZOO -- Western Film Society presents a free sneak preview of the new film "About a Boy" at the Little Theatre on Wednesday, May 8 at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free, but tickets are required. Tickets will be available on a limited basis beginning at 10 a.m. on May 8 at the Miller Auditorium Ticket Office. Based on Nick Hornby's best-selling novel, "About A Boy" is the story of a cynical, immature young man (Hugh Grant) who is taught how to act like a grown-up by a little boy. The film also stars Toni Colette ("The Sixth Sense") and Rachel Weisz ("The Mummy Returns"). Western Film Society is a student organization committed to presenting new and alternative films to Kalamazoo. They screen monthly films during the fall and winter semesters at Western Michigan University. "About a Boy," is a special summer event for WFS, which will return with its fall series in September.
