Resolving conflict is topic of APA lunch

KALAMAZOO -- "Resolving Conflict in the Work Place" is the topic of a Thursday, March 14, noontime seminar sponsored by the Administrative Professional Association and open to the entire campus community.
The session, the fifth in APA's Professional Development Series of brown-bag luncheons, is set for noon to 1 p.m. in Room 159 of the Bernhard Center. Felicia Crawford, manager of staff training and development, will be the presenter.
Crawford, who will present a daylong campus course on the same topic April 30, will share tips about what staff members can do in their departments to resolve conflicts that arise.
