Dance entrance auditions are Nov. 9

KALAMAZOO -- The Department of Dance at Western Michigan University will hold entrance auditions for new students on Friday, Nov. 9.
The full-day audition is comprised of a class in ballet, jazz, modern dance and improvisation. Students will also be considered for scholarships at this audition. Prospective students who successfully complete the audition will be able to enroll in the dance major program, where they may pursue a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, pending acceptance to the University.
Submission of an audition application is required. An application form is available by calling the Department of Dance at 616 387-5830 or via the department Web site at <www.wmich.edu/dance>. Space for the audition is limited and applications are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
