Al Jarreau comes to Miller Auditorium

KALAMAZOO -- Miller Auditorium presents Al Jarreau in concert Saturday, Sept. 22, for a single performance beginning at 8 p.m.

Jarreau's unique vocal style is one of the world's most precious treasures. His innovative musical expressions have made him one of the most exciting and critically acclaimed performers of our time with five Grammy Awards, scores of international music awards and popular accolades worldwide. His fifth Grammy, in 1992 for Best R&B Vocal Performance, for Heaven and Earth, made Jarreau one of the rare artists to have won Grammys in three categories of jazz, pop and rhythm & blues.
