Looking for a campus job?

Aug. 24, 2001

KALAMAZOO -- Hundreds of WMU students are expected to take advantage of the opportunity to meet with on-campus employers at the Campus Employment Fair, Monday, Aug. 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the East Ballroom of the Bernhard Center.

Sponsored by Career and Student Employment Services, the annual event gives students, especially incoming first-year students, an opportunity to see a variety of campus employment possibilities in academic departments, administrative offices, and other areas of the University. Representatives from more than 40 campus employers will be present. In addition to learning more about what jobs are available, WMU students can actually apply for campus job openings at the fair.

Campus employers who have not already signed up for a table at the fair may still be able to participate. According to George Eskro in Career and Student Employment Services, a few extra tables will be set up to accommodate late employer entries for the fair. For more information, campus employers may contact Eskro at 616 387-2745.

The Campus Employment Fair is exclusively for WMU students and for on-campus employers, such as WMU offices and departments. No off-campus employers will be represented at this job fair.
