Promotions announced for 63 faculty members

KALAMAZOO -- The promotions of 63 faculty members at Western Michigan University were approved July 6 by the WMU Board of Trustees.
Fifteen faculty members were promoted to the rank of full professor and 41 to associate professor. Six other faculty members were promoted to the position of associate academic career specialist and one other to assistant academic career specialist. All of the promotions are effective with the beginning of the 2001-2002 academic year.
