Business magazine features Haworth faculty

KALAMAZOO -- Faculty members in the WMU Haworth College of Business have been writing a monthly column since April in MiBiz Southwest magazine.
A new publication for business leaders in the region, MiBiz Southwest is an offshoot of the Muskegon-based MiBiz West. The monthly columns from the Haworth College of Business feature faculty members addressing timely topics in their areas of expertise. The inaugural columns have addressed the ISO 13000 environmental management system, the future of e-commerce and accounting fraud.
"Our college creed is 'partners for business knowledge and leadership,'" says Dean James W. Schmotter. "These columns provide an opportunity to spotlight our faculty members' expertise, and help local businesses recognize the college as a valuable resource for information and research."
