WMU News changes sports coverage

KALAMAZOO -- Western Michigan University's Web news service, WMU News, will discontinue its daily coverage of varsity sports effective Friday, Nov. 17. For daily sports news, readers will be linked to <wmubroncos.com>, the official Web site of the Broncos, maintained by the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics.
WMU News, maintained by the Office of University Relations, will continue to provide news coverage of all areas of the University, except sports scores and daily sports news, which can be found at wmubroncos.com. Starting times and locations for Bronco home contests, like all public events on the Kalamazoo campus, will continue to be listed on the Events page in WMU News.
In addition to the latest news from the University, WMU News contains a 12-month calendar of public events; an Arts and Entertainment page; news pages for research and for each of the University's seven degree-granting colleges; the top news stories of the past year, and other features.
