Women's soccer team wins at CMUOct. 13, 2000 MT. PLEASANT, Mich. -- WMU's women's soccer team earned a big win in double overtime at Central Michigan on Friday (Oct. 13). The Broncos improved to 8-5-1 overall and 5-2-1 in the Mid-American Conference with the 2-1 victory at Mt. Pleasant. Western Michigan received goals by freshman Cindy Webber, in regulation, and from Erin Ivory. The senior from Rochester Hills, Mich., scored at 1:18:21, in the second overtime, to give the Broncos the win. WMU is now in sole possession of third place in the Mid-American Conference, just two points behind league-leaders Buffalo and Miami. WMU has three matches remaining on its MAC regular season schedule, all on the road. The Broncos are at Eastern Michigan on Sunday, Oct. 15.
