Western Wellness is the consortium of services and resources provided at WMU for the health and wellness of employees.
It is the mission of Western Wellness to promote and improve the wellness of the campus community by empowering each employee to adopt and maintain healthy behaviors and create a healthy culture thereby improving productivity and reducing health care costs.

September Wellness Tip
Registration open Tuesday, September 2 for our fall Women & Weights program!
Come strengthen your mind and body in our 5 week strength training workout program for women. This fitness program is geared towards women at the beginner and intermediate fitness level. Small group training will be instructed by a certified personal trainer. This program is held at the Student Recreation Center.
