We are proud to announce that Jim Cochran from Shattinger Music Company will, once again, be joining us for "The Joy of Middle School Band: Kids, Music, Teachers." Jim is one of the foremost authorities on band music in the country. His knowledge of band repertoire is extensive, including both the great works that have stood the test of time and the newest literature available.
Jim will be presenting a clinic and reading session for the middle school directors attending the conference and he will have music available for purchase. Bring your purchase orders and plan to buy! The Shattinger display will be located in the lobby of Miller Auditorium. The reading session will take place in Rehearsal B in Dalton Center at 11am. So, directors should bring their instruments and be prepared to experience the best of recent publications for middle school band.
