REMINDERS:
1. All nominations must be made by the students’ middle school band director.
2. Each middle school nominating students must provide at least one chaperone, the band director or another adult authorized by the middle school, that will accompany and be responsible for their student(s) throughout the day.
3. Each nominated student must be able to be at Western Michigan University from 8:30am to 9pm on the day of the conference.
4. Each nominated student or the middle school that nominated them must be able and willing to pay a $10 participation fee if they are chosen for the Honor Band.
5. The middle school band director and/or each student’s middle school is responsible for obtaining permission for each student to travel to and be on the campus of Western Michigan University and to participate in the conference. Please remember that the middle school students that come to campus for this conference must be chaperoned by their band director or another adult authorized by their middle school.
