Gretchen’s experience has included work in community outreach, coalition building, program development and evaluation, staff training and grant writing. She is passionate about joining work that creates social justice and improves systems that allow people to experience healing and wholeness.
As a social worker, Gretchen has worked in the fields of community health education, youth development and substance abuse/violence prevention.She has now been a part of the CTAC team since 2013 and currently focuses her efforts on building community partnerships around trauma issues and leading organizational development projects.She also serves on the clinical team, providing neurodevelopmental assessments for children who have experienced trauma.
Outside of work, Gretchen enjoys reading, running, outdoor concerts and spending time with her husband, daughter Maria and dog Mikka.
