Software CDs may be purchased for $10.00 at TotalTECH in the WMU Bookstore in the Bernhard Center. You may also call (269) 387-5460 to place an order.
Prior to installing any software to a WMU-owned computer, you should first contact your technology support person and/or LAN administrator. If you do not have a support person and/or LAN administrator, you may call the OIT Help Desk at (269) 387-HELP, the select Option 1. Also a completed Work at Home Agreement is required.
Important: Anyone desiring to upgrade their operating system should be aware that this is a very complex and time intensive process. All OS upgrades should be done with the assistance of your technology support person and/or LAN administrator.
