The mission of the York Arena Series is to present plays which focus on the dramatic text and the work of the actors and directors. Emphasis is placed on creating a strong bond between the actor and the audience in the intimate setting of the Zack L. York Arena Theatre. In these productions, we do not incorporate scenery, costumes, or properties but rather focus on the text and characters in order to celebrate the ideas and emotions of the playwright. |
