POLICIES & TIPS
GTC Policies:
  No refunds on any ticket purchase.
  No exchanges on individual tickets.
  A $4 fee applies to all phone orders.
  Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted.
  Cameras, recording devices, food/drink are not allowed in theatres.
  All University Theatre productions begin promptly at the published time. Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager.
  Personal electronic devices must be turned to the OFF position so as not to interfere with the show.

Patron Information:
  Seating accommodations (i.e. wheelchair, entry-level) made where possible; notify Ticket Office of needs at least two weeks prior to attending an event.
  Elevator located near Ticket Office in main lobby.
  Parking in Gilmore Theatre Complex lot and Miller parking structure; please allow time for traffic congestion.
  Some productions may contain tobacco use, scenic fog, profanity, nudity, or adult topics. Please contact the Ticket Office for more specific information.
  Productions in the Shaw Theatre have reserved seating; all other plays are general admission.
  Assistive Listening System available for performances in the Multiform Theatre and the Shaw Theatre.

  Stars and Moon Cabaret on most weekends
  Opening night receptions for each production
  Post-show discussions after select performances of most productions
