American Studies at the University of Virginia is an incredibly rich resource for literary studies. Its purpose is to represent all things Americana in a media-enriched electronic format. It offers a wealth of American literature hypertexts and American paintings, as well as an incredible array of links to related American studies projects at the University of Virginia and elsewhere.

Literature in Context provides extensive discussion of frequently taught literary works in secondary schools and includes links to on-line texts. Fee-based, free 24 hour examination priviledges.

Literary Resources on the Net
