Get involved, there are a lot of organizations around campus, just find the one that fits you. There you can meet people that have common interests and would like to do similar activities.
About Victor
Hi my name is Victor and I am from a little island in the middle of the caribbean between Puerto Rico and Cuba, called Dominican Republic. I graduated in 2008 from the Lycee Francais, where I learned my second language, French. I was part of the soccer team in high school, and love to play piano.
My senior year I applied to many universities in the United States and I spent a lot of time deciding between them. After some strenuous research I took a tour at WMU and I felt so happy there, that I decided to stay!!! And you know what......THAT WAS THE BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE.
I live in Draper Hall because the building is right in the middle of campus and it is easy to get everywhere. What I love the most is the piano, and this is the building where all art majors are, so during the afternoon I can hear people playing piano, violin or any other instrument. I love that. Every floor has a study room, and that is where I study for my exams.
