About Sarah

Hello, hello…I’m Sarah! I’m a senior here at Western and I’ve lived here all three years since I was a freshmen. I graduated in 2004 from Franklin High School in Livonia.

I was deciding between two schools. I liked one because of its beautiful campus and its proximity to my house but it was just too big for me. Western is smaller and I really liked that the campus is a lot more compact. The reason I chose my major is because I want to be a Spanish interpreter in the health field. This major gives me the appropriate background.

I currently live off campus in a 5 bedroom townhouse. I lived in the residence halls my first year, but have lived off-campus since then. I'm involved in two organizations on campus: Alternative Spring Break and Alternative Winter Experience. I was a participant for both of them my junior year and since then have become a site leader for them this year. Ask me about them! They are amazing organizations!
