About Sam

My name is Samantha. Some people call me Sam. I'm a freshman here at Western and absolutely adore my school! I'm originally from Griswold, CT but I moved my senior year and graduated from Chelsea High School

I was actually influenced by my high school Government teacher to come to Western. He was a recent alumnus and also received the same degree I desired. I am a Secondary Education English major with a History Minor. I love to work with people, especially teens, so I think it's ideal.

I currently live in the Valley Residence Halls and I love it! I've met some really great people and get along with my roommate super well. I play lacrosse for the WMU women's team and am also a member of the Campus Activities Board. In my free time I like to go to the Recreation Center and hang out with my friends.
