Make the best of your time in college. It's pretty simple: Study hard 1st, and then play harder!
About Ashley P
Hola Senores y Senoritas, that is the extent of my Spanish vocabulary. :) I graduated from THE Lewis Cass Technical High School (CASS TECH #1 2nd to NONE!) in 2009. I was born and raised in Detroit, MI. I am also a transfer student. And my favorite color is scarlet.
When picking a college there are three things that are vitally important: 1 Will your dreams come true/ does the school have the major that you want pursue? There is no sense in adjusting yourself to the college. There are too many universities options to compromise your future. 2. Visit the campus and make sure you like it. The overall size of the university is important; some people do better being the big fish in the little pond. Love it or leave it! 3. Where is the money!? Before you make your final decision you need to be sure that you can afford the university that you want to attend. A lot of people start out somewhere and in their second year they have to transfer which I promise is a SEROIUS HASTLE.
On campus I sing in the Voices of WMU Gospel Choir. Music is like my left lung… I need it!!!! I sing at the top of my lungs all the time without noticing... I pretty much spend the little free time that I have sleeping or hanging out with my friends.
