About Angela

My name is Angela, and this is a story all about how I neded up as a Bronco gal! In 2007 I left Farming Hills headed for business school, text books, and bills. The college life was calling and before I got old, I knew I'd better join the brown and gold. Today I've got Bronco spirit and you should too, come to Western, you'll love the Zoo!

At first I didn't really consider going to Western, only because I wasn't looking at any school in particular. I knew I wanted to major in business and people kept telling me that they heard Western had a good program for business. So, I learned more about what Western could offer me and decided to take a tour. I already had another school in mind at this point, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to check Western out. Going on the tour really put things into perspective for me. When I was walking around campus I could picture myself here. I like that Western's campus is not too small, and not too big; it's just right! I also noticed that Western had something that the other schools I was looking at didn't, Western was able to express to me why I should come to school here; and that was because the students that go to Western are excited about it! I really felt that to the students, Western is not just a school, it's a home. That's when I knew that Western was the right place for me. Go Broncos!

There are tons of things to get involved in on campus. Besides being a Student Ambassador; I am involved in our student government; serving as a college senator. I am also a member of National Residence hall Honorary. I would highly recommend getting involved because being involved on campus has just made my college experience even better. It's a great way to meet people with similar interests to you, and most importantly it makes going to school fun! When I'm not studying or busy getting involved, I like to spend my time watching movies, reading, shopping, baking, playing sports, being outside, and hanging out with friends
