When transferring, do not assume you know college life just because you went to a different college. It is a better experience if you do not use previous college experiences.

About Angela

I'm from Grand Rapids, MI. I have lived there my whole life. I went to West Catholic High School where I was in Art club and SADD (Students Against Drunk Driving). I graduated in 2004 and then went to Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC).

After going to a community college I was able to narrow down my choices of two schools. I thought when I went on the tour at Western that the campus atmosphere was more my style than my other choice.

I lived in French Hall, which is a second year hall. I came to Western not knowing anyone so I didn't know my roommate before I moved in, but got a great roommate.The hall is located which is next to the Student Recreation Center and was close to my classes. I think everyone should experience residence hall life at one point in their college career. I go to a ton of hockey games in my spare time. GO LAWSON LUNATICS!
