The Office for Sustainability hosts a variety of initiatives developed and led by students, faculty, and staff. Current projects include an annual Student Sustainability Survey, National Campus Sustainability Day, bike and pedestrian friendly campus research, student permaculture gardens, and the EcoMug™. The OfS also support or leads a variety of collaborations with other departments and offices, including the campus’ Climate Action Plan and the Sustainability Across Research & Teaching Initiative, and coordinates waste reduction and recycling on campus.
