Purpose

The goals of the program are to:

Connect freshman and sophomore female engineering students with female mentors who have taken similar paths.
Help female students learn the skills and information needed to be successful in college and in engineering careers.
Help female students get answers to their academic and career questions from WMU alumni mentors who have similar experiences during their studies at CEAS.
