Business Administration

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

WMU's BBA program is designed to provide students with a well-rounded, educational experience that blends the theoretical and the practical. The reputation of the WMU Haworth College of Business rests on the professional success of program graduates, many of whom are leaders in west Michigan companies. The Haworth College of Business has also been accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) for more than 25 years.

  • A minimum of 60 credit hours
  • 21 hours of Management Major Coursework
  • 6 hours of 3000+ level General Education
  • 9 hours of Non-Business Electives
  • 24 hours of Business Core, including:
  • BUS 2700, Information and Communication Infrastructure
  • MGMT 2500, Organizational Behavior
  • BUS 3700, Integrated Communication in Business
  • BUS 3750, Business Process Productivity
  • FIN 3200, Business Finance
  • LAW 3800, Legal Environment of Business
  • BUS 4750, Strategic Business Solutions

  • Complete an Application for Admission available from the WMU-Southwest site and return with the $35.00 admission fee to the Southwest office upon completion.
  • Have ALL official college transcripts forwarded to Western Michigan University.
  • Once you have been admitted to Western Michigan University call the Southwest site office at (269) 934-1500 to schedule an appointment with the B.B.A. advisor.
  • Obtain your Bronco NetID upon admission to college. Change password if desired.
  • Register for classes through WMU online registration at http://gowmu.wmich.edu/.
